MP Agro is adopting cash basis of accounting and all the expenditure and income are recorded and recognized on cash basis. Auditors and management have expressed their concerns on inability & difficulty involved in determining the extent and status of completion of various works and valuation thereof. This has impact on ascertaining the true financial position of organization. The main objective of this document is to identify and record the business process of various interconnected and interdependent section of MPAgro with special reference to its integration, predefined work flow, analytical exceptional reports & impact on basis of core & business modules including accounting . This document will also form the basis of automation of various activities through implementation of software solution.
