e-Work Permit System
The software automated the vendor and contractor management. It involved initiating work request, access management of contractors through RFID reader integration. Solution has helped restrict the entry of vendor’s contractor to a specific area they have been deployed to. If a contractor goes beyond allowed area, he can be warned or disallowed for future work by Safety and Security department.
The key feature of this application, keep management informed about number of contractor’s working in a specific day against actual work permit. It has helped management give immediate feedback or redeploy resources based on approved work order.
